Blue Sky Housing

Review: I purchased a property from Blue Sky Housing in December 2012. The property is under warranty and requires a number of repairs. However, the contractor at Blue Sky has made innumerable visits to my house without making any discernible progress in repairing the discussed issues. The problems include: --Leaking ceiling--Toilet paper holder that was broken when I moved in--Cracked grouting in the kitchen and bathroom --Poorly done caulking in the bathroom--Power outlets that were not properly affixed--Hanging lights that burnt out within a few weeks of my moving in--Recessed lights that burn out every few weeks--Previously promised paint touch ups on trim, window, nail pops and other places. In addition to this, the windows installed by Blue Sky had extremely poor sound attenuation. This has required me to install separate storm windows on the street side of the house.Desired Settlement: I would like Blue Sky Housing to hire an independent contractor of my choice to address the aforementioned issues. Their in-house contractor [redacted] is a nice guy, but has not succeeded in addressing any of these problems over the course of more than a year.
