call us back at the phone number on the account so that we could let you know about the outstanding bill. We are not sure if the phone number was changed or if we have the incorrect phone number on account. We surely do not want to send people to collections who are unaware of their outstanding bill or who are unaware that they are being sent to collections. We want to make sure people are fully aware of the collections process so that they are not blind sided. We feel that this approach is both a good business practice and courteous. completed the full service. Our notes indicate that service was requested by the mother for this home since she was seeing pest activity inside the home. We obviously do not want to do service that is not desired. The long-term relationship with our customers is obviously critical to us. Our collections process is also in place to try to give our customers ample time to address any misunderstandings similar to this. In good faith, we will waive the charges. If there are additional questions you have relative to this account we are happy to answer them and provide any details we have.

We were very pleased with our Blue Sky inspections and treatments for termites. The Blue Sky representative was professional and thorough and clean. The scheduling was easy and efficient. We use Blue Sky Pest Control for all of our pest control needs and we are in good hands!

Review: i'm filing this complain with the Revdex.com because the Fact that repeated Blue Sky pest control has try to collect the fees from a services that was never properly perform. The fact that Blue sky technician said that they were there at the property was inaccurate. I was there at the drive way on the day the technician showed up.. The technician was suppose to reschedule the service in a future day but apparently did not. I was being billed for the that service that was never happened. I disputed this issue with the company multiple times, the result was the company will not dismiss the charges. I never sign or recieve any documents for service that particular day. I'm just outrage that this small incident is now in a collection company. I hope the Revdex.com would investigate this incident and provide me proper.sign documentations for the service provided that particular day.

Blue Sky is very price competitive. The technicians are polite, helpful, and well-groomed. I have had a very positive experience with them for the last several years. Recommended!

Review: I had an active termite infestation at my office. Entered into 2 yr. contract with Blue Sky to treat and maintain warranty on building. Within the 2 yr. contract, termites reappeared in the same location as previously treated. Technician game out some time in or about October, 2014. It was raining and ground was wet so he did not treat. Technician then came out some time after, again the ground was soaked from rain, and he treated anyway. He then advised that an inspector would be out to my office to reinspect the building prior to the expiration of my warranty. No inspector came out within the two weeks and the warranty expired. Then, some time I January, the inspector came out to my building without my knowledge so I do not know what she did when she was here. The termites have returned in the exact same location as previously treated. Inspector came out and said warranty expired. Received a telephone call from a manager at Blue Sky, [redacted], who was very confused but clearly stated that Blue Sky would not treat the infected area as warranty expired. He then wanted me to enter into a new termite contract which I refused as the company is clearly not competent to treat for termites.Desired Settlement: Blue Sky should either correctly treat the infected area or reimburse me for the expense of hiring a competent termite company to treat the area. Clearly, the infected area was never treated correctly as the termites have formed a mud tunnel out of the exact same home that was previously patched and painted.

Review: This regards the Termite Division. Several times I've had to have them come out to retreat areas again they've already treated. The brochure they gave me when I contracted with them says the product lasts 15 years. Yet I've have to have them return months or weeks later because termites were still there and active. They are now eating less than 2' from an interior wall and structural beam, where Blue Sky supposedly treated 2.5 wks ago. Even tho promised, no owner, manager or technician still has returned my call from 2 business days ago. I now suspect they don't treat properly so you'll have to have them keep coming back again and again and keep renewing their worthless contract.Desired Settlement: 1) Owner or mgr of Termite Division call or come out to see what can be done ASAP. 2) Treat this latest outbreak and solve it ASAP

Review: blue sky pest control fail to deliver me the service they promised I still had pest in my front and backyard they would come do the front house and leave even when they did spray did help I would call them to tell them that I still have crickets and other pests in the house they would say well it takes few weeks for them to go away and when I would call after a month that I still have pest in the front and backyard they would say well have service scheduled e in few weeks I was tired of calling them so called to cancel they never send me a bill on 3/18/14 I received bill from collection agency how can they send to collection be fore sending it to meDesired Settlement: I want them to clear my account

This company is absolutely horrible. I used them for a couple of years and starting out, they were very helpful and provided good service. However, as the contract progressed, I was never notified of when they would be coming to the home, I would just arrive to find a bill had been left. Additionally, when I called to cancel services, I was informed that there was no issue and that everything would be closed out. I did not hear from Blue Sky for months - 9 months to be exact - and then I received an automated call informing me that my account was being sent to collections. I called and the person I spoke with could not answer my questions. He assured me that a manager would call me back as soon as possible. I never received a phone call. After three weeks of waiting, I called back to follow-up only to receive horrible customer service. The woman ([redacted]) would not directly answer my questions; when asked why I did not receive any notifications via mail, she said it was the post office's issue. When asked why a manager had not called me back, she informed me that such wasn't necessary because they had sent me an email that should have answered my questions. I did get the email, but I still wanted to understand what had occurred. I asked again for a manager to call me, to which she wouldn't acknowledge my request. As she was trying to hang up, I finally got her to commit that she had heard my request regarding a manager contact - she said she'd put a note in the file, but didn't understand why such needed to occur.
