My sincerest thoughts of compassion and heart felt sorrow go out to *** *** and his familyHaving lost six (6) family member ourselves since January 2016, my family and I are all too familiar with what the Quinn
family is going throughIt's always hard when you loose someone closeWe wish you well. The person who wrote this complaint is an old friendI know him well - we met nearly a decade ago when I was his professor in collegeI photographed his sisters wedding, then his first wedding, and later, I also photographed his second wedding as wellBoth our personal and professional relationships have always been excellentHe loves my workHe loves his wedding pictures and we've genuinely enjoyed working togetherThe bitterness he is expressing today however, is my faultAs my business continued to grow, I abused our friendship and betrayed his trust when I put the needs of my family and the needs of other clients ahead of hisI should never have done that and I am sorryI have the parent books he is referring to and will contact him personally to discuss the details of his refund

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However, if we do not receive our parents album, owed to us, another complaint will be filed.
Sincerely,

To Whom it May Concern,
">Blue Sky Photography is a small, friendly, family owned, boutique styled portrait and event photography studio located in Wappingers Falls, NY since 2002. We have photographed more than one thousands weddings and to this day - we still love what we do. It is always our gaol to meet or exceed our clients expectations and [redacted] was treated with the same. In fact, one could argue that we went above and beyond that which we were contractually obligated.    Included with this response is a copy of our contract with [redacted]. If any portion of our response be made available to the public, or if any portion of [redacted]'* complaint be made available to the public, the above referenced contract must be shared in it's entirety and not separated from our response or her complaint. We believe her complaint is libelous in nature, because it is void of facts, is misleading to the general public and carries the potential to cause monetary damages to Blue Sky Photography if made public. We are forwarding copies of all corespondents, past and present, to our lawyers [redacted] located in [redacted] is strongly advised.   In her complaint, [redacted] claims that a large and inconsiderate amount of time elapsed after her wedding without any communication between us. This is incorrect and a gross misrepresentation of fact. [redacted] and I talk often, in fact, I talk to her more often than any other client we've had in the last five years. Moths have passed wherein I spoke to her almost every week, sometimes twice a day. I receive text messages and emails from her at all hours of the day, day or night, seven days a week, and I do respond. In early late November / early December, approximately 20 business days after her wedding, I received a phone call from [redacted] and she was emotionally upset. She stated to me that she was receiving immense pressure from family members to see her wedding photos and to get her Thank You Cards out in time for the holidays. I immediately sympathized and understood what to do. Although out of sequence and an unorthodox business practice, I invited her to our offices in Wappingers Falls where we spent almost two hours going through all her wedding photos and designing her Thank You Card. One hundred Thank You Cards w/ envelopes were delivered to her house on December **, 2015. Impossible to do if we were not communicating like she claims.   Also in her complaint, [redacted] states that her wedding took place on October **, 2015, and she is correct. Her accusation that we were "well beyond the 45 days" and that it took "weeks or months" before she received her online hosting is a gross misrepresentation of fact. Thirty business days after her wedding she received her online hosting. That was January 7. There were a total of only 30 business days between October ** and January *, because the studio was closed consecutive days for Veterans Day, Christmas, New Years, ThanksGiving, as well as all weekends between October ** and January *. The studio is also closed for the entire month of January each and every calendar year - a fact duly noted in our contract. See contract, page 2, paragraph tilted PROOF REVIEW. Although not contractually obligated to perform, we did reimburse [redacted] the $100 she felt she was owed as a gesture of good will.   [redacted] statement that the rehearsal dinner photos were supposed have been included on her Flash Drive of images is a false statement. There is no contractual agreement between Blue Sky Photography and herself to provide photographic services the night before the wedding or to provide those images on a Flash Drive. The timeline for how this came to be was that, months after contracts were signed, we received a phone call from [redacted] requesting photographic services at her rehearsal dinner. We agreed to perform those services as a gesture of good will and at no cost to her, because she was already a client. The photos from her rehearsal dinner were made available to her via a download over the internet, which is what we verbally agreed to do. [redacted] has all of her wedding photos and her rehearsal dinner photos. Should [redacted] read our response in it's entirety, we suggest coping your download to your Flash Drive - whereby solving the problem you claim to have.   The most alarming accusation in [redacted]'s complaint is the one in which she suggests there are multiple albums owed to her, each costing $400. She's claiming she's owned two parent albums when in fact, she only ordered one. [redacted] order one Bride & Groom album and one parent album. She approved the design and layout for her Bride & Groom album on March **, 2016. It was delivered to her house eight days later on March **, 2016. She approved the design and layout of the parent album on March **, 2016. We expect it will be delivered to her house later this week.   [redacted] claims we are well beyond contracted delivery deadlines, but she is making an incorrect statement. See contract, page 3, paragraph tilted ALBUMS. There it clearly states that Blue Sky Photography is granted 15-35 weeks to design an album and another 10-35 weeks for it to be produced after the layout has been approved by the client. It is true that Blue Sky Photography will have designed and produced two albums for her in less than 8 weeks - we think that's amazing turnaround time and we don't know why she'd want to complain.   [redacted] claims we didn't communicate. Not including her text messages or phone calls, we communicated by email on 10/**, 10/**, 12/*, 12/**, 1/**, 1/**, 2/*, 3/** three times, 3/**, 3/** four times, 3/** three times, 3/** three times, 4/*, 4/7, 4/**, 4/** six times and lastly on 4/**. We communicate with [redacted] all the time.   We have expressed to [redacted] many, many times that we do not make any products in house. They are all produced by a third party vender whose timeline on deliverables we cannot be held accountable.   Lastly, it's worth mentioning that we were completely shocked when we received this complaint. So much in fact, that I spoke to Mr. Pellerin over the weekend and he was unaware his wife had filed this complaint or that she was asking for a refund. He and I agreed, that this matter would be stricken from the records and that it would never be made public. [redacted]'s request to return the album in her possession and to a refund is denied.
