The rental unit we stayed in was very nice and well maintained. As part of the rental aggreement we had to have a $300.00 damage deposit the was to be returned within 7 days of our departure. We left the place cleaner and in better condition than when we arrived we have contacted the property manager Mario S. 2 times and now 40 days later our $300.00 has not been returned. I think this whole damage deposit deal is a scam and the managers pocket the money.
