sent to me via certified mail indicated something to the contrary than her actionsI will send you documentation of complaints against her party by neighbors and strict rules on noise levels for occupancy of my house signed by her prior to occupancyA large house demands this to be respectful to the neighborsSan Diego demands this I request to know who the eleven occupants at the house were and contact addressesThe correct dates of occupancy were August 14th through 16thI have two neighbor complaints they should have been responsible for per contract and one witness of more than people and a spam from an ip address from the same city of this person complaining in the same week that this complaint was made along with other allegations on various websitesThis IP address gave my personal phone number and e-mail about a Ferrari needing to be shipped from my location to FloridaThis was extremely disruptive with pone calls and e-mailsBeing a diminutive woman any kind of accusations leaves me more vulnerable to harrasment from a small percentage of these large partiesIt was a tough weekend with these women occupying the houseI would like to be free of spamming and any other attacks as they have already left me vulnerable in my businessI no longer feel safe

Review: This complaint is in regards to "Blue Sky Real Estate Services" with whom I had contracted a vacation home rental for the weekend of August 14-16, 2015 in San Diego, California. The company and its owner, [redacted], rented us the property at [redacted]. She has been very unprofessional to work with, is unethical in her dealings, has been unresponsive, and is illegally holding my refundable $1000 deposit on the false claim and pretense that we broke the terms of her contract. She has alleged that we had more people staying at the home than we had told her, this is not the case and she has not been able to produce any hard evidence supporting this false accusation. The home we rented from her did not provide the basic clean and functioning amenities that were advertised. I do not think it is right for a company that operates in an unethical and shady manner should be allowed to conduct business in San Diego County.

We have spoken with our family attorney who has reviewed the contract and the letter she sent us in place of the refundable deposit in which she states her reason for keeping the refundable deposit (more occupants than contracted). He has advised that she has no right to do what she did, especially since she has no proof or evidence to support her claims; we can also obtain signed affidavits from each of the guests that stayed with us confirming that only 11, not 14, people stayed in the home as she alleges.

Our attorney encouraged us to work with the homeowner directly to resolve this issue before getting official legal representation involved consider the costs involved. We have attempted to get in touch with the underhanded owner of this company, Ms. [redacted] via email, phone, and certified mail with no luck in getting a response.Desired Settlement: To have our $1000 deposit returned to us immediately and to restrict this company from conducting business. And demoting the good standing of this company with the Revdex.com.

Being a diminutive woman any kind of accusations leaves me more vulnerable to harrasment from a small percentage of these large parties. It was a tough weekend with these women occupying the house. I would like to be free of spamming and any other attacks as they have already left me vulnerable in my business. I no longer feel safe.
