On this job we have done a lot when his rims got stolen I hired a journeyman electrician to run wire and install motion sensor lights and he won't fix the leak on the AC unit?

this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] My biggest concern and frankly thing that pisses me off is their inability, or possibly unwillingness to communicate with me in a timely manner so that we know what is what. I have a new air conditioner that does not leak. Also no one mentioned any security lightning being an issue, we appreciate the extra anything they have done and the person that did the security lighting was a family member. The issue is a leaky roof. The parapet (sp) were allegedly built so that water drains properly, which it does not. I have been on the roof several times and there is standing water on it.
Due to high volume of calls we did not have enough staff to service him at that time it states on his warranty that we have 72 hours to respond to him and that time is still not up we can come out today and look at the problem and put him on the schedule and we can fix the problem he had several leaks and he is only down to one so we are not refunding the money and it was far to cold and icy to be on any roofs.
We need to see if he did or didn't hire another roofer to fix the problem I would have went out to check myself but he seemed so upset I did not know how it would have gone but now we have had some time and maybe I can come out to inspect the problem and see if he did or didn't hire another roofer.
He should have gave us the proper time to come out and handle the leak it was freezing and the weather was vary bad at that time he has to understand that Roofing can not be applied while it is wet or snowing as well cold process tar can't be installed under freezing conditions so he had some 3ed party work on the roof and the warranty clearly states that if you have a 3ed party work on your roof warranty is voied I wish he would have had some patients with the situation at hand Roofing is a trade that has no choice but to work with mother nature.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not hired another roofer to fix the leak. I did have another roofer come over and give me an estimate to fix the problem again since Blue Sky has been non-responsive to my requests to return and honor their warranty. Since my roof still leaks, my wife has been on the roof to remove snow to try and minimize any additional damage caused by the leak. She has also tried to spray some sealant on the roof to also try and minimize any additional damage to the inside of our home. I would prefer to have a refund since Blue Sky Roofing performed their flat roof "maintenance", on July, 2015, my roof still leaks and they have refused to contact me regarding this leak since I reported it still leaking in December, 2015. With service like this, I would prefer another vendor who is more responsive to their customers and cares about customer service.
