I would like to warn other consumers about using Blue Spruce, owend by Frank Holstein to beware Frank talked a good talk, and did the first half of the job well However, he did not follow through and finish the job I had paid him to doI paid him over a month ago to spray for weeds, mow, aerate, seed and put top soil on my lawn as well as remove a stump and a few other things He completed half the job and at that point we paid him Once he received payment he has been all but impossible to contactHis voicemail is almost always full so it's difficult to leave a message, but I did get through a few times and left messages - none of which were returnedI've texted him almost every day for a month practically begging him to contact meI did receive a few responses that included excuses and a promise to show up the next day (he promised that times) and never showedI told him if he did not contact me and finish the job, I would be forced to warn others to not use his servicesI have not heard from him so I want others to be warned before getting taken advantage of I highly recommend everyone to steer clear of this company, and certainly NEVER to pay in advance, as they will likely never see their money or Frank again
