From: Office - Blue Square BuildersDate: Mon, Oct 17, at 4:PMSubject: [redacted] To: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.orgCc: " [redacted] .**" < [redacted] .**@***.com>Hello [redacted] ,I regards to the complaint filed against Blue Square Builders, Incby [redacted] ***, all items that were considered to be unsatisfactory by [redacted] have been addressed, identified, explained, and corrected by a third party engineer, hired by Blue Square Builders, Incon October 3, [redacted] , owner/operator of [redacted] , went out to inspect the chimney flashing that was the listed concern by [redacted] *** He explained that her chimney was not located in the middle of her home, and may have adverse effects if her mortar joint was compromised by a member of our production team at the time of her roof replacement, paid for by homeowners insurance [redacted] was satisfied with the minor repair (additional application of caulking material) and tacking down a piece of her flashingI did make [redacted] aware that it would be at the mercy of [redacted] ’s schedule, for him to come and give her a total inspection It was at that point she had become verbally abusive and condescending (on or around 9/19/16, at the first call from [redacted] ***) Here is a list of messages I try to keep on all active customers in our company program:Amy 10/3/4:PM [redacted] from [redacted] is going out today to look at the flashing at the chimney for [redacted] ***She is aware he is coming.ReplyA8/23/16Amy 8/23/8:AMJob milestone changed to Invoiced by Amy .ReplyA8/23/16Amy 8/23/8:AM8/Final payment received, cap out for Carlo on 8/25/for amount of $496.77ReplyA8/15/16Amy 8/15/9:AMJob milestone changed to Closed by Amy .Here is an email I sent to [redacted] on 10/4/16: Hi ***, I am sending this as a request to apply counter flashing to the chimney at [redacted] ***, McKees Rocks, Pa *** I appreciate you taking the time to go and inspect the roof and the issues [redacted] is having with her chimney As I stated please do not give [redacted] any bill, or the amount of the bill Blue Square Builders, Inc will assume the financial responsibility for the cost of this, and only this service I did speak with [redacted] and made him aware that this would not be scheduled until you have availability I gave him a window of one week from October 13-21, He verbalized understanding of this, and did state his wife insisted Blue Square Builders, Inc were scam artists, he is pleased that we are standing behind the work that needs to be done to satisfy them 100%.As you stated the estimated cost of this service will be between $200-300, please email your invoice to this email address, with acceptable payment options, once work has been completed, and I will remit payment asap.Thank you, Amy A***Office ManagerPh###-###-####Cell ###-###-####www.bluesquarebuilders.com You will finally see attached a copy of the invoice Blue Square Builders received and paid for from [redacted] Chimney Sweep.Please let me know what else you need from Blue Square Builders to rectify and remove this complaint [redacted] stated she called and made the Revdex.com aware that all work was done to her satisfaction, and that she reacted quickly and harshly, as the appointment was not at the time she expected it to beAmy A***Office ManagerPh###-###-####Cell ###-###-####www.bluesquarebuilders.com

Hi [redacted] ,I truly apologize if you felt mislead, I think the contract serves an important place, as our salesmen mentioned, I've attached the signed contract to this complaint We have rehashed this contract multiple times to make sure the wording is both plain to understand, and clear in expectations With that said, I think the best way forward is to release you of any responsibilities from the contract You will not owe us any money, and I hope you also see the purpose for us in having that clause in the contract to begin with - it's most definitely not to collect money for work not completed, but rather to protect the integrity of the service as well as mitigate the expenses in association to the particular project.If you ever have an issue, or need to reach us, please give us a call at our office line and we will be happy to address concerns and help out anyway we canWe really would have loved the opportunity to have addressed this previous to becoming a complaintWe just won an industry award for customer service, and it's a founding principle of what we do at Blue Square BuildersHave a great day,
