Overall I am satisfied with the treatment that Blue Star has provided meI pay my rent on time, keep the place clean, and keep up with maintenanceIn return, they send out a maintenance person relatively quickly when needed, are quick to answer the phone and answer any questions, and the women who answer the phones are fairly friendly I am a little worried after seeing several reviews stating that deposits were handled incorrectlyI am prepared to deal with that situation should it arise, but am hoping that to not be the caseSo far I am satisfied with Blue Star halfway into my lease, but time will tell if that remainsIf the deposit is handled correctly, I will be sure to leave a follow up review stating soIf the deposit is not handled correctly, I will be sure to leave a follow up review warning others
