I have gone back there timesThere was some cosmetic work, some pin point rust color on railingsI had my boys go back and paintI have done everything they have asked me to do About the cracked brickI can go take a look and see what that is aboutBut I have been back already several timesI have been in business years and have never had one complaint

We am rejecting the business responseThe only repair they have come back and completed is to paint over the rust spot We have been given several verbal commitments that they would come back to repair the cracked brick and fasade of front steps, but have NOT completed those promisesThis has been going on for months and with the cold weather coming, we are afraid the cracked brick will get worse over the winter months if not repaired soon
