Over the course of years, I had rented from many different apartments/condos/houses in Chattanooga, and have had my fair share of dealing with poor residential management companiesDuring my last year in Chattanooga, I finally was able to have a positive living experience at a Blue Star Property, The GrandI desperately needed a place to live on short notice and the staff at Blue Star were extremely helpfulI had a short time frame for when I was needing to move, and they did everything they could in order to ensure there would be an apartment ready for me to move into on timeI lived at The Grand from April, 2014-December, 2014; during my time of residency, any of my typical/minor maintenance requests were answered/fixed immediately, and their sense of consistency/promptly communicating any of my concerns left me feeling that this is a residential company where residents are truly viewed as their top priorityI HIGHLY recommend Blue Star for a positive living experience

Worst experience imaginable. Please DO NOT rent from BlueStar.
I have just moved out of an apartment owned by BlueStar. They have fought me every step of the way. It has been an absurdly difficult process. They have done everything from illegally trapping me into paying an extra month's rent, that I was not in obligation to pay by contract, to bald-face lying to me about the ability to get my mail after I moved out.

The four ladies that work in the office will do nothing to help you or make your rent experience enjoyable. They will only do things that makes their life easier and makes them more money.
I have wasted countless hours doing the job BlueStar should be responsible for.

I would find the DMV a vacation compared to dealing with BlueStar Properties in Chattanooga.

YOU WILL BE PUSHED AROUND IF YOU RENT FROM BLUESTAR.
