Response:On 1/18/I *** *** met with Mr*** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** I spent an hour going over the cleaning process & repairs that would happen with the homeBlue Star then packed up all contents, furniture, cloths and then moved them to our warehouse for Cleaning
& ProcessingBlue Star cleaned all Structures that were "not" going to be replacedBlue Star then worked on the house & inside house content cleaning for about weeks, communicating by phone daily with Mr or Mrs ***Mr *** signed our Work Authorization and gave Blue Star a key to start work immediatelyHowever weeks later, Mrs*** then calls me and asked us to 'stop' work, and I explained that was fine and she can use who ever she wants to do repairs, but we will need to be paid for the work we performed up to that pointWe then proceeded to turn into her Insurance company and a copy to her for payment that Blue Star performed up to a certain pointWe explained that Contents that were being processed in our warehouse would be released once payment was madeThe now ** ***, which was not disclosed in the beginning, was never brought up until weeks into working on the projectWe will be mailing the Response and Signed Work Authorization to the Revdex.com to place on record
