I am responding to your letter in regards to ID [redacted] In regards to a Rolls Royce for [redacted] We did indeed have a Rolls Royce scheduled to pick up his fiancé that day for her weddingHowever, while enroute from New Jersey to Pennsylvania our vehicle was involved in an accident and the vehicle was not able to complete the pick upI tried to get a Rolls Royce to replace the vehicle for piek upI called every service in the area that had Rolls Royces however, they were all booked.I called his fiancé and told her that I was having difficulty in finding a replacementSo I told her I could have a stretch limousine pick her upShe said as long a car showed up to transport her she didnt care what it was stretch or antiqueI did contact [redacted] who was the closet to her and she immediately dispatched her driver.Her driver had the car at home so it was just a matter of getting to the pickup locationI admit the driver was late because I was trying my hardest to replace it with a Rolls RoyceIn regards to refunding the full amount of 625.00, that is impossibleI had to pay [redacted] and the driver of the Rolls Royce, even though he was in an accidentI still had to pay him for his time and for the traveling time from Totowa, New Jersey to [redacted] l do apologize for the vehicle getting into an accident, however it was unforeseeable

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the expense incurred by Blue Streak Limo is not the fault or the responsibility of the consumerBlue Streak Limo did not provide the service it was contracted to perform and due to the issue at hand, caused the consumer additional financial burden.At the end of the day, the accident that occured with Blue Streak Limo resulted in the contracted service not being deliveredIf the driver for Blue Streak did not cause the accident, then Blue Streak should recoup the lost wages as part of their interactions with the driver at faultIf the Blue Streak driver caused the accident, then this conversation should be over.I am rejecting Blue Streak's response due to it not addressing the fundamental issue at hand Regards, [redacted]

Dear ** * *** Thank you for addressing our complaint Sadly, he reply that you forwarded to us (from the vendor, Blue Streak) is full of lies and statements According to
multiple witness accounts, our original complaint in factual...or else why complain? You might want to know that there were five lawyers on the Party Bus at the time of the accident They all knowingly stayed behind to speak to the police None were ever asked for a statement...they also were never offered safe passage to the final destination point One of them had a walking disability. To this day we have never been notified by Blue Streak of the accident This is alarming Blue Streak should not be afraid to call a client and do damage control They demanded prepayment, therefore they should be prepared to take responsibility The contract was for four vehicles = $3, Three out of four were at the wrong place at the wrong time causing costly delays One vehicle was acquired for a photo shoot It never showed up. However we do expect a refund for the prepayment of of the Party Bus ( $) due to poor mismanagement of the accident crisisPlainly stated, they did not complete the job To date, we have not received the whole $refund we requested for the Party Bus payment; and Blue Streak has remained unapologetic (Keep in mind, we have allowed them to keep $2,of the contract despite the craziness.)We hope you will stop this unpleasantness from happening to another customer in the future We hope the Revdex.com can assist us in receiving the final full refund of $
