I am rejecting this response because:we are really disappointed about such an hijacking attack and in our opinion the Blue Tile Beach House, L.L.C. should already have our booking information (also via Revdex.coms complaint). Why we are rejecting this answer is that we want to have a personal contact of Blue Tile Beach House L.L.C. to get all information regarding our refund. In such a case and with the answer of the business it would be necessary to contact us directly (and yes that could cost time) and provide them a solution and the money refund. That's what we would expect. I need a confirmation from a contact person of Blue Tile Beach House L.L.C. that we will get our money back. If they are really got hijacked then it is easy to send an email to us if they want to help us returing our deposit! For this please send them all information inclusive our email address and the whole booking information we provided already to you!
