I had prepaid a shuttle bus to and from my resort at Punta CanaOn the day going back to NYC I was told I would get picked up at 11:amI checked out a little before 11:00am and waited I the lobbyAt approximately 11:my wife checked to see where the shuttle was and was told they had been there and did not see usI was forced to pay a taxi US dollars and made a complaint to their company at their desk at at the airport and they apologized and said they would investigateI was then informed by Travelocity that they had denied my claimI am 100% I was on time and they did not show upI was basically robbed dollars for a service they didn't provide
