Dear [redacted] ,We appreciate you contacting us about the complaint filed by our clients listed belowI am responding in regards to ID # [redacted] .Below you will find all records from [redacted] & [redacted] ’s fileAs you can see, numerous attempts and calls were made to the client During this process neither [redacted] or [redacted] ever state to us that they needed the work done by a certain dateWe always work with clients with specific date requirements.Had it been known that our client had expectations of having the work done for Easter, Mother’s Day, or a Graduation party we would have tried our best to accommodate that requestIt’s unfortunate that this was not mentioned to usWe would not have been able to fulfill the Easter dead line since that would have given us two working days to turn this around but the other days were feasible.There should be no concern about the plant material surviving as long as the client properly takes care the plant materialWe install plantings year around with excellent resultsThe survival of planting work depends on the client properly watering what was installed for the first years after installation.It is our unfortunate that the client decided to go this route instead of contacting us directlyAs you can see from out notes below, we have tried to contact her to resolve this matter but have received no return call.If you would like and further information please feel free to contact me.Sincerely

Review: Called Blue tree for and estimate on 10/17/2013 for an approximately 70 foot long raise bed of trees, plants and shrubs and an irrigation system. Heard nothing.Called them back on 11/06/2013.Send email estimate.Sent them a check for $1125.00 (1/3 of total) on 11/18/2013.Called them on 12/04/2013 because heard nothing asked to speak to owner because receptionist could not tell me when my work was schedule or if they got my check. Checked bank statement and found they cashed my check on 11/27/2013. Got call back from original salesmen who said work was scheduled for "next week"."Next week" came and went as did the holidays ( I asked them if they could have the work done before the holiday and they told me they could) Heard nothing.Left messages for them on 12/26, 12/18 and 12/31.On 12/31/2013 got a voicemail from original salesmen that said they would do the work sometime after 01/06/2014.I called them back and spoke with receptionist and asked to speak with salesmen or owner. Was told they were on vacation.I told receptionist I would be at the office on 01/06/0214 to get my deposit check back.Arrived at Blue tree office on 01/06/2014 and meet with original salesmen ([redacted]) and owner ([redacted]).I was told by [redacted] that the weather and other business stopped them from doing my work. Told me that they called me and told me that.I have caller ID and an answering machine and they only called me twice and both times was only after I called them first. [redacted] told me I couldn't have my money back because he had bought my plantings and he would be out the money. He said he wanted to do the work. I told him I did not want to do business with his company because how could I trust them to fix something that went wrong or honor their 1 year guarantee on their plants if I couldn't even get them to call me back or do any of my work after almost 2 months went by. Told [redacted] I had filed a report with the [redacted] Police and he said go ahead and arrest me, Ill get three squares a day on your tax dollars. I left.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back because they did no work at all.

Review: Signed a contract with Blue Tree and mailed a deposit in on 4/12/14 for work to be completed on our property (general spring clean-up, some minimal plantings. etc.). The check was not cashed for over a month. Once cashed, I began calling the company to determine when they would be out to perform the service. After multiple phone calls were not returned, I finally was given a service date of 5/27/2014 (almost two months later). The 27th has come and gone, with no service. I have left multiple messages with our contact and the company's owner/manager and have not had my calls returned.Desired Settlement: Due to the considerable delay in service, I have had multiple social events at my house (Easter, Mother's Day, graduation party) where I've been forced to apologize for the despicable state of my lawn / property. I wanted this work done in the early spring, and was as proactive as possible in soliciting Blue Tree to perform this service in early April. I also had contracted for them to plant flowers that may not "take" now that we are almost into June (their ideal planting time is early spring). The least this company can do is provide these services to me at no charge, after the significant time I've had to dedicate to any resolution (still outstanding).
