On 08/09/2018, I mistakenly purchased an Android charger cord for $ Right away, I realized my mistake and returned within minutes to exchange the cord, and purchase an iPhone charger cord for $
The cashier, Cheryl, processed my return, but threw out the return receipt When I asked for it, she was unable to locate it in the garbage for me It was busy, and I could not wait because I had to rush to a business appointment
On 08/19/18, I noticed that my credit card was charged for both $and $ NO refund for $was processed I immediately called and spoke with Cheryl She remembered the transaction and provided her email address to me I sent an email documenting the details of the purchases, the fact there the refund was NOT processed yet, as well as provided a copy of the $purchase receipt Cheryl indicated that she would speak with her manager the next morning to process the refund
On 08/23/18, I did not receive an update NOR a refu
