To whom this may concern , At this point we have returned to Mr.*** house and Installed the skylight blindsThat was completed end of JanuaryWe did NOT receive payment for the skylight blinds of $We also installed a additional gable vent at the request of Mr ***The project
manager has met with Mr *** twice and explained to him that the existing fascia and rake aluminum capping was installed incorrectly and short prior to us installing the roofIt seems to be noticeable to him know that there is a new roof installedWe did explain him the options and are willing to repair the issue at a reduced costIf this was in one small area we would of taken care of it for no chargeAt this point we are willing to do whatever it takes to resolve the situationI have left Mr*** a message to talk to him about the issue but have not received a return call Marc S
