I am rejecting this response because: I [redacted] did not respond to their emails accepting any offers on the [redacted] Sedona LXPlease ask the GSM if I agreed to any response via email? I went to [redacted] Country of Manteca on February 8, and test drove [redacted] Sedona 2016, modelsUpon conversation via phone, I had told sales manager I will take the [redacted] Sedona EX by phone? for the price they offered me but not the [redacted] Sedona LX modelHe had agreed to the price and car model [redacted] Sedona EXTherefore when I went to do the paperwork I did not realize GSM had given me [redacted] Sedona LX and I ended up signing the contractI consider this misleading representation on [redacted] Country Manteca? part and giving me a model Sedona lx when verbally we agreed to [redacted] Sedona ex modelI trusted the GSM and as part of our conversation I did not expect them to do this to me.I want? to compromise with them on getting a vehicle but they need to come to an agreement to either reduce the price of [redacted] Sedona lx or give me a [redacted] Sedona ex for the contract price they made me signThank you.? This is to clarify that at no time during the initial inquiry for the purchase of a new vehicle did Mr [redacted] speak with either General Sales Manager or Sales Manger by phone or in personWe have date and time stamped email communications between Mr [redacted] and our sales representative that only reference the [redacted] Sedona modelsThe [redacted] Sedona that Mr [redacted] purchased was the same vehicle (VIN disclosed) that was quoted to him in our last emailAll documentation for the sale of the [redacted] Sedona was reviewed and signed by Mr***At this time [redacted] Country believes that all vehicle information regarding this sale was disclosed properly and clearlySincerely, [redacted] GSM [redacted] Country Manteca cc: [redacted] ***
