Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/10/28) */ Firstly, in regards to the paneling Mrs [redacted] is referring to: after we originally installed the paneling it warped due to the excessive moisture in her basementWe replaced what had warped at no additional cost to her and told her the moisture needed to be dealt withShe thought it could be handled by a dehumidifierAfter it warped again we suggested that paneling would not be appropriate for that space if she didn't deal with the moisture problemWe offered a different solution with moisture resistant sheet rock and she asked that we just replace the paneling again as she would live with the moisture issues as stated in her complaintWe did so again at no additional cost to herAs stated by Mrs [redacted] the only thing left to do on her project is one ceiling tile that the installers were short from the suppliers and the finishing stripsWe did receive a call from Mrs [redacted] when she was in the hospital, but didn't realize that she was now back home until she filed this complaintNow that we know Mrs [redacted] is back from the hospital we have left a message and offered to complete the job the week of Nov 2ndAwaiting a response from herSince this should only take one day at most, We are not certain why she is stating anything about reimbursements of $5,- $7,as this is the first we have heard of this and considering the time and material remaining to complete this job for her this would be extremely disproportionate Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 11, 2015/10/29) */ Got a phone call today 10/28, they say they'll be here to finish the job next week! I can hardly wait...but I will wait and seeThank you
