We have been using Blue Water Pool for about a year now and we have been so impressed with the service. Our pool man, [redacted], is so professional and kind. He is always pleasant and even plays with our dog when he is here. He is always punctual and we often leave him at our home alone with complete trust. Our pool looks beautiful all the time and we couldn't be more happy! If you are looking for a trustworthy, accurate and reliable pool service, this is the company to go with!!!!

I have referred several of my friends and relatives living in my area and they are also very satisfied. One reason that I am writing this review is because of our technician [redacted]. He has been our service man for the entire duration and is knowledgeable, conscientious, efficient and courteous. He is an effective communicator and has prevented costly repairs by informing and often correcting potential problems. I manage the affairs of my elderly parent and in-laws (who are also customers) and [redacted] keeps me informed so that I can respond to those needs as well. He has proven to be a valued and reliable.

They have been servicing the pool at this property for 10 years.. When I moved in the main drain was plugged.. All the baskets were broken and the pool was filthy. It took me 3 week to realize the pool was over filled inches above the skimmer and the main drain was plugged. When I enquired about this issue they got defensive and made excuses. They take no responsibility for their work. Their pool guy is rude and lazy they do not test the water.. I watched them 4 times from beginning to end.. This company is not only irresponsible they are dangerous.

I witched to Blue Water Pool Chemical about a year ago when I moved into my new place. I am very happy with them. [redacted], our technician, is great. He shows up every week on the same day and about the same time. Our pool sparkles. I would highly recommend them.

I found Blue Water Pool Co online while searching for a new pool company for weekly service. After only three visits, my pool looks and feels amazing. [redacted], the pool man, answered (honestly and straightforward) all of the questions I had (and I told him I woud have a lot) and let me know things I needed or didnt need for my pool. I am so excited to have guests over now to swim in my pool because it just shines!!! Would definately recommend this company to anyone in need of an outstanding service!
