This company is horridThe previous owner of our house had used them, we chose not toThe previous owner had left their bin (full of trash too) I called and left three messages without a call backMy wife finally gets them on the phone just before we left for a trip and they claim to have just received the previous owners cancellation noticeFineShe promises they'll pick up the bin in two weeksGreatThree weeks later, it's still thereWe call and call, finally get them on the phone...and she tries to tell my wife that she just got the cancellation notice a couple days prior....what? My wife let's her know that we were told three weeks ago that they had gotten it, she replies, "No, you're wrong, I have it right here in my paperwork" Needless to say my wife didn't buy that storyThe woman says, "You don't have to be so rude about it." Then hangs up the phoneMy wife calls back immediately with no answer several times in a rowNothingThen I called from my phone, she answeredI let her have it about customer service and how a company should treat peopleShe says they'll come pick up the bin on TuesdayFinallyThey pick up the bin, but throw a bunch of the trash onto our other bin, the one that we pay for...horrible service by horrible business peopleI think they need to realize they're in a digital age and their customer service can be easily broadcast on the internetDo not use this companyPeriod

She promises they'll pick up the bin in two weeks. Great. Three weeks later, it's still there. We call and call, finally get them on the phone...and she tries to tell my wife that she just got the cancellation notice a couple days prior....what? My family called to get services through these guys because we found a bucket on the property we purchased and they said they no longer serviced our area. While driving down our road we realized our neighbors use their services so we contacted them again this time to pick up their bucket and they proceeded to tell us that it is not their bucket and plain as day they can see their name and number on it when they go by.
