Absolutely terrible customer service I have been a loyal customer, eating there almost every day as I work in the mallDespite the wrong orders all the time, I stuck with them because they would give me a free meal the next time After this started happening more frequently, mainly due to immature staff that have a hard time understanding instructions, the manager, Yolanda, blamed me for the wrong order that I did not specify how I wanted the meat cooked I was appalled How dare you accuse a loyal customer of being a liar It's no wonder they have such low standards, it starts from the top I will never go to this place again and will advise everyone I know never to do so They also do not use gloves and touch the meat with their bare, filthy hands
