Review: I purchased a spa gift certificate on October 14, 2013 for 5 - one hour massages ($250) for my daughter's birthday. On Saturday, April 5, 2014 my daughter and I scheduled a massage for both of us. I paid by check then left the facility. My 27 year old daughter attempted to use her gift certificate and was told no. She had to pay cash. Since she had no extra money for a tip she was told to get money for it. On Monday and Tuesday and Wed. of this week, the 7th, 8th, 9th. I attempted to reach the owner. I left one message. THe persona answering the phone could not give me any information.Desired Settlement: I request a refund of $200. The Gift Certificate had been honored on November 13, 2013. My daughter visited on 3/29/14 but paid cash, as she did again on April 5, 2014.Thank you.
