Good Morning, I am writing in response to customer complaint ID [redacted] The warranty for our clear solar blankets cover manufacturer defects at 100% within the first yearWhich means the customer would be responsible for the shipping amount only Before a warranty claim can be filed, we require the proof of purchase and a picture of the defective productAfter we receive this info, the warranty claim is finalized and the customer is updated Unfortunately, the customer provided this info to our company and the info was lostAs a result, we would like to ship the solar blanket at no charge and waive the shipping cost The content of the complaint did not include the size of the solar blanketWe also need to know if the cover is for an in-ground or above ground pool After we receive clarification on this, we will check our inventory and advise how soon the replacement cover can ship out Thank you for providing us an opportunity to respond to this case Best Regards, [redacted]

After we receive this info, the warranty claim is finalized and the customer is updated.   Unfortunately, the customer provided this info to our company and the info was lost. As a result, we would like to ship the solar blanket at no charge and waive the shipping cost.   The content of the complaint did not include the size of the solar blanket.
