Although Big & Tall was never sold in our IZOD stores, [redacted] , a Customer Service Representative, did work with an internal department to find a suitable replacementAs the style of shirt that [redacted] is no longer available, we are able to offer a similar styleIt was also confirmed that the similar shirt is not available in red but is available in three other colors [redacted] attempted to contact [redacted] on by phone and left a voicemail message when the customer did not reply [redacted] then sent [redacted] an email on asking that he call [redacted] back so she may assist himWe have not heard back from the customerTell us why here

We are sorry Mr [redacted] was not happy with the service he received The above letter was quit longTo make a long story, short I would make the following notes:-Renter said texted times as "around "11:to 12:The service record shows 11:to 1:Our rate is $per hour not the $-The "Backwater" valve was on the call in card , the techwas radio dispatched to the jobNo one on site knew to note any additional work either when askwe apologize for not checking it.-We call each customer prior to sending a service techIf no one answers generally we do not go-The extra work which was done at the time of service was a $part which had been leaking under the same sink for a while We are sorry if the work preformed at your rental property was not to your satisfactionIf $is what you feel the work was worth then please pay that and try another plumber for future work

Very sorry Mrs [redacted] was unhappy with the service on 1/9/ &1/16/Upon arrival the service tech discussed a leak from a drain stack in the basement that only showed up in cold weather and did not increase with any usage of plumbing fixturesThe tech noted possible roof problemA second leak to be repaired was from the dish washer water supply lineThe customer was not happy when she found out that we did not have a part to fit the line for the repair Someone in the past had used a nonstandard piping material a material used for refrigeration lines not used in the plumbing industryWe returned with the adapter fitting and made the repairThe claim of only having hr involved simply did not add upOur hourly rate is $an hrWe will accept this amount and wish her better success with the next plumbingcompany

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution, the adjustment of my $bill to $bill, satisfactory to me

I am rejecting this response because: Jack Woods Plumbing has chosen to ignore the facts and concerns as stated in my original complaint. It seems that their response was directed toward justifying an inflated charge for labor. Jack Woods Plumbing should re-read the facts as stated in my original complaint and bill me $which is the correct charge for parts and labor (including a 10% senior discount)

I am sorry miss *** feels that she received a miss diagnosis about the hot water heaterThe internal wiring of the hot water heater was burnt and dangerousThe service tech showed the burnt wiring to the home owner and adviced to replace the hwhOur price for a new gal electric HWH
is $810 plus the permit costThe new HWH with new internal wiring is the "safe " and only advice we would recommendThe problem with the HWH may have caused the electrical breaker to go bad also, this can happen, but the HWH was damaged and not safeWe billed out the service call after we never heard back to replace the HWHWe will cancel the bill and the customer can utilize others services in the future

We have worked for the [redacted]'s (6) times in the past with no issues. We are very sorry that they were not please with the service this service call .After talking with the  customer today it would seem that our communication on site could and should have been better, how ever the leak had left...

streaking signs on the pipe which were visible from the attic from the roof flashing. We had recommended they contact a roofer for the repair and did not/will not charge the customer.
