Hello, The driver did arrive minutes early and was granted a valid no show (a valid no show defined as being at GPS location for at least five minutes past the pickup time), but did not leave until minutes after the pick up time (see attached) Our system locks the driver into being at that specific GPS location for a specified amount of time I spoke to the customer who ordered the cab and explained this When he ordered online, that is a non refundable charge as agreed upon when someone uses the online prepay order unless the cab is canceled before the cab is dispatchedOut of customer satisfaction, I offered the customer a refund for all, but $which goes to the driver who spent his time at the address (I did not have to do this) All calls are recorded and the customer did not call until five minutes after his pickup time 3:35am asking about his cab The driver stayed at the location until 3:41am (as you can see in the attachment) when we told him there was a cab waiting for him At that time, the customer must have taken his time to get down and the driver was granted his no show and left The customer did not call back as we could have sent the cab right back to get him Since we did not hear back from the customer, it was left as a no showI am sorry the customer feels that we failed him, but they have to also understand that drivers are out there trying to make money for their families and if they are not coming out when the driver arrives they may not stick around Also, our system sends a text when a cab is on the way with a tracking link to track the cab and another text when the cab arrives at the location The customer should have been informed an adequate amount of times to come out on time and if they would have called back, we could have sent that driver right backThank you,Jeremy Jeremy [redacted] ###-###-####

This customer has responded to us via email, which I responded to right away They placed their order for a year in advance via our app for some reason I did tell customer I would be more than happy to help them refund the proper amount to their card I did agree with the customer
