Blue Wire installed a completely new phone system for our [redacted] Schools in Chicago Ridge in the last months The system is constantly malfunctioning and they are not fixing the problem and deny any responsibility Do not do business with this company

The review from " [redacted] *" was posted by an unauthorized person from this location This was verified by the director of the school The person posting this has no knowledge of the cause of the issues that were being experienced after this installation The issues were not due to hardware, software, or our implementation They are a result of [redacted] bandwidth issues Our company has stuck with this customer and has contacted and arranged for [redacted] to investigate and troubleshoot their issues, which they admitted too Whoever " [redacted] *" is does not understand that when bandwidth goes up and down, this will have major effects on voice over IP and may not be noticed on things like email and web surfing We have presented several alternative solutions to the customer that we are currently working through We could very easily say this is a [redacted] issue and walk away, but that is not how we partner with our customers This is the first complaint we've had in years of business
