Unfortunately we can make any further decision on this until the gun is physically here to evaluate for a "second opinion" so to speak We can certainly provide a *** label to have it shipped back at our expense consumer. In addition, we are willing to offer free product from the *** *** on our website up to the value already spent in shipping with provided receipts of said amount. Please advise if we can generate a return authorization number with printable *** label for shipping

After researching this particular sn#, we show that this gun has been to our service center for evaluation and was deemed non warranty, and sent back to the customer in August 2016. I have attached the notes from that work order with explanation as to why. With that being said,
if *** *** would like to send the gun in again and have management review it for a second evaluation, I can generate another return number and have it come back in to the attention of the Service Manager. In addition, we would like to correct a date on the original complaint which states the purchase date was February 1, 2015. This gun was purchased on April 6, at *** *** in Eau Claire WI. Please let us know how we can proceed from here for a second evaluation for the same issue

I am sorry for the inconvenience. May I please get your serial number of the gun so I may cover the choke tubes you are requesting under a warranty order? Once I receive the the serial number I will process an order to ship to you
