Just wanted to thank yall for the wonderful pair of Akindynos clowns I received this morningI've been looking for a pair for quite some time and couldn't believe when I saw yall had them in stockThey've already taken up residence in the Haddoni I got from yall back in August and are eating like champs Thanks again, [redacted] p.sThe Gig yall sent in September is thriving as well

Do not purchase from this company I ordered four shrimp and three crabs from blue zoo aquatics two shrimp were DOAI sent pictures immediately and contacted via phone and emailI was also missing one of my shrimpI look at the bottom of the invoice and it said they had not sent it because it died prior to shippingok...one shrimp left one crab was DOA as wellI was really disappointed as they do not have any more of this species in stockwhatever, I'll get over it I got a quick response saying I will be given store credit but it will take a few weeks because they are "busy"I asked if I would have to pay shipping again because there were so many DOAs and the third shrimp never even got sent one day later the fourth shrimp and another crab that survived shipment diedI was not home, but when I found him there was no damage to the bodytested my water, checked out normalall other shrimps that I have are fineI drip acclimated as instructed upon arrival I now have ONE specimen left from this orderI have not received any more emails back and it has been a weekI will never be ordering from this website again and will probably just offer my credit to a friendI don't have time to deal with all this nonsense the order was packaged HORRIBLYthere was no newspaper or extra material to take up the extra space in the styrothe bags of inverts only took up half the box, so they had the other half to bounce around back and fourth during shipmentthe outside bag holding all the individual bags was extremely loose, and any water that had leaked was not contained at all prior to shipment, I called them asking about a species of crab trying to get more information on it, because they did not have any on their website except the name and the priceI asked if he knew anything else about the specieshe simply asked for the item number, looked it up on the website (obviously to find to information written) and was like yeah I'm not surei will not be purchasing live animals from a company who knows nothing about them the ONLY good thing about this order was the care package includedit had a drip line, stress guard, and a free sample of their food it has now been one week and no response

I do not understand their rating at all! Two years ago I ordered a variety of salt water fish (total) to start my gallon aquariumAll the fish arrived healthy and they included an excellent acclimation kit at no extra chargeThe fish also love The Blue Zoo dry food blendAfter two years I still have all of my fish with the exception of a Sexy Shrimp who went missing recently, but their life expectancy is only two yearsI had a wonderful experience with Blue Zoo Aquatics and will most definitely order through them again

Received my order this morning. Just have to tell you how thrilled I am with my first purchase. Fish are better than expected and already eating. Can't thank you enough. I will be ordering again. The sea.....net of wonder forever.

Just wanted to tell you guys that I am super happy with all my purchases with you. Every fish that I have purchased with you are doing fantastic. The Passer Angel was exactly the size and attitude I needed for the tank he was going in. Thanks again and you have a loyal customer forever. I live in florida and with the 8 aquarium stores in Orlando to Daytona cant compete with you guys. Thanks again.
