RV Cams Inc. is one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with online. [redacted] provided quick and truthful customer care. The product I purchased was the ASA Voyager WVOS713 Observation System with WiSight Technology. I have to declare the customer service and the product purchased from RV Cams Inc. are A+. This is a great company and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase the products they carry in their inventory.

I would highly recommend this company. We ordered a voyager Back -up Camera from Amazon and was ready to send it back because it did not work as it said it would. We searched and found a wire that we thought would work ( which we purchased from RV Cams for very cheap) We could not get it to work so we were going to return it . We spoke to someone at RV CAMS and he knew exactly how to make the wire work, ( simple adaptor). It has worked GREAT!! If it would not have been for the wonderful help that we received , my husband would have probably stomped the back up camera by now. They went above and beyond and we did not even purchase the Camera from them just the wire and adaptor and extension cable.We will purchase all our electronics needs from here from here on out. It was very nice to get treated like they wanted to help and knew what they were doing to. it works without any FLAWS!!!

Review: 10/16/2012-We were called out for a service call, the charges were explained to their company representive([redacted])of Bluebay Construction, which she agreed to all charges and billing (30 days). Service calls was completed and signed off on by company rep(Mr. [redacted])on location. 2/7/2013-Invoices are still unpaid with promises to pay by [redacted] in late Feb. 2013.Desired Settlement: We would like invoices to be Paid in Full plus interest.

1. we just received the complaint by mail yesterday , the 2/21/2013.

2. as for the matter being discussed the subcontractor did in fact perform the work at hand.

3. it was communicated to [redacted] that due to cash flow difficulties on the job Bluebay will be late on the payment and was asked to let us some more time till we can fulfill the payment in full. the last correspondence with them was on 29 of Jan. they were asked to wait until the end of Feb.

4. Bluebay will pay these 2 invoices in full, probably by 15 March due to delays we experienced in our income.

We have had these bills since last October. Our agreement with Blue Bay Construction was the bills would be paid with in 30 days, to date we still have not received payment,and they want us to wait another month. I don't beleive Blue Bay lets there customers wait 5 months to pay there bills either.
