At my direction, the trans was reassembled and released to customer before the complaint was submitted, so I don't see an issue here

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I had my car in on August 10th and the repairs were completed on August 12th I was not charged for the repair, and I was fully reimbursed for the rental carI will consider this complaint resolved after the repairs hold up for longer than days, with no further issues related to the Air Conditioning [redacted] was very polite and apologetic for all that had transpired He also stated that if I should have any other issues with the repair, I am free to contact him directly Regards, [redacted] ***

Customer is going to schedule to have car into my Chandler Center this weekWe will be replacing the evaporator core at no charge, plus rental car reimbursement for the day.Will update after repair is completed.***

I will consider this complaint resolved after the repairs hold up for longer than 90 days, with no further issues related to the Air Conditioning.  [redacted] was very polite and apologetic for all that had transpired.  He also stated that if I should have any other issues with the repair, I am free to contact him directly.
