I spoke to [redacted] over the phone April 17.? She asked about my center and the availability of the ages groups,? I told her it would be in September that we can care for her children who are and a new born that was due in July.? I did tell her that the enrollment fee is non refundable and that it would guarantee there spots for there children.? I have since then emailed and called her left messages with and her husband and I still have not herd a response back.? I still have her spots saved for September as I guaranteed them to her.? ? I have a copy of the email that I sent to them on May and I also prior to that have tried calling them several times.? I do have it documented that it is a non refundable fee in my contract that they did not receive yet due to the fact that they paid over the phone and [redacted] said that they would be coning by the following month to meet my staff and at that point they were asked to come and fill out paper work so we could go over the fees and the curriculum.? In my defense I always work with parents and there familiesthere was never a set date that the [redacted] said they neededthey just needed spots in September of 2018.? I am rejecting this response because:As we didn't receive the contract and did not fill out any paperwork, and were not told the fee was not refundable, we are entitled to have it backWe have since filed a claim with our financial institution who will cover itI did let [redacted] know we needed a date in June after we spoke about SeptemberShe called back about September nearly a week after this complaint was filedShe may not have spoken to us about a refund but by the time she called us back, we already took care of it with our bankI suggest not taking money until you have a contract signed in the futureIf I can't reach you or get a call back in a timely manner, I am just not going to leave my kids thereAdditionally the way your self titled "second director" treated my husband, I would not recommend anyone to go thereThis is resolved because we have our money back through our bank, but I do not appreciate the complete disregard of how your staff treated us as well as completely neglecting that we had spoken inJuneDoesn't seem like you know much of what is going on at the center if you didn't know we had come in to be refunded after you did not call back about June
