Hi ***,Apologies for the delayed response, I'd spoken to the customer on 8/via phone and she had informed me that she was taking down the complaint.Allow me a brief explanationAs you will see from the supporting documentation, *** purchased 2x Hemp Complete 4oz bottles from us on 8/2/
When customers place orders with us they must select that they agree to our terms and conditions to finalize the checkout processIn our terms and conditions it lays out our return policy, which I am attaching here, that clearly states only 10ml bottles of our original blends qualify for a refund.In regards to the correspondence with the customer, *** called in on 8/wishing to return the bottleWe told her that we received notification from the Revdex.com in regards to her complaint and while refunds on 4oz bottles are against our terms and conditions, if she would take down the post and return to the items back to us we would refund the items for her as a courtesyAs of today we have received the items, however the posting is still upI will reach out to *** today in regards to our agreement, and as soon as this posting is removed I will issue a refund back to the account used in the original transaction. Dear [redacted],We do our best to notify customers about the possibility of an international charge on our checkout page  and also the terms and conditions page (image attached). In order for us to provide credit cards as a payment option we have to use an international bank. They are in...

the US and Mexico. All of our products are made in Louisville, CO. It is just the bank that is out of Mexico.There is a note about this above the credit card field on the website (image attached) to inform customers that they may be charge an international processing fee and customers are required to accept the terms and conditions on the site before being able to make the purchase.We are also happy to reimburse this fee, although it should be noted we have no way to refund it to a credit card as we are not the recipient of this fee. This fee is collected by your bank or credit card company. We can mail you a check for the $0.71.I do see that you contacted us about this charge yesterday and we did email you back.
