To Whom It May Concern, This response is in regards to customer, Carol Nieta Johnson, and her home Insurance policy for *** *** *** *** *** ** ***Ms*** policy was Issued with the coverage discussed and agreed to when quote was initially presentedOnce the policy was
initiated the insurance company, US Lloyds, reserves the right to further underwrite and inquire about the homestead in question for coverageIn particular, water and roof coverage are of the main focal points within this complaintOnce the policy was Issued the underwriters found multiple claims, in the excess of claims, ranging from roof to plumbing claimsMost of these claims had payouts but upon the inspection from US Lloyds, some of these claims showed they had not been repairedUS Lloyds agreed to keep the coverage In place as long as there was a request from the Insured requesting the removal of roof and water coverage from the policyUS Lloyds reserves the right to not offer coverage If the risk does not meet underwriting guidelinesUS Lloyds understands that these claims may not have been the client's doing or occur while the home has been under her care but unfortunately they are associated through the insurable interest of the home, In short US Lloyds Is willing to rewrite the policy but can't offer the client the coverage she is requestingRespectfully, *** *** Bluebonnet Insurance Group, LLC

I am rejecting this response because:I only received notification that the roof coverage would be excluded/cancelled from my policy, not the entire policy cancelled. My policy had been in place for almost months before it was cancelled. When asked why I was cancelled so late into my policy instead of two or three weeks after I closed on my home, I was informed by Xavier (last name unknown) the cost to perform initial research on property claims were costly for the insurance carrier.
