I will call the customer and try to resolve this, I am sorry this is the first I have heard of this problem

I am rejecting this response because:I am writing you concerning my complaint #***.I have not have not received any phone calls, or written response from Blue Bonnet Motors concerning my complaint on the vehicle contract dated Aug15, I was not satisfied with the purchase and I have contacted the company several times to no availThis was a leased vehicle but the contract was written as a purchased vehicle and there were many in-house add- ons to the contractThere was even an add on insurance that I had refused that was added on, extra mileage which I did not agree toThis contract was done on the computer and my initials that were suppose to be for refusing items was actual initialed for add on itemsThere was a 6500.00 deposit for the lease of a Ford Edge and my payments are still almost The deposit was actually written up as a down paymentI have excellent credit, so why would I have had to pay that amount done on the Edge, when I originally came into the dealership for the higher priced Lincoln SUV and the salesman stated the Edge was the same body as the SUV but almost 10,less in costThey supposedly gave us 8,for our trade-in, a 4000,check to be sent to us and kept as the deposit,which I now find out was a down payment Why would I have put down on a lease when it could have gone towards a purchaseNow they have my previous vehicle , and will receive their vehicle back after the contractI have dealt with Lincoln /Ford dealerships for over years and have never had anyone to so blatantly rip us offWe had always dealt with upfront honest dealers which I know sounds like an oxymoron, but I did feel that I could trust my previous sales reps, they would even call us when certain cars came in that were in line with our preferenceThank you and I hope that we can come to some resolve with this issue. I am confused as to why [redacted] would refuse my apology on behalf of the dealership. I spoke with her at length on Thursday and apologized to her as she requested in her complaint.  I do not know what else to do.

Thank you for overseeing this problem.  I got a call yesterday morning from a manager at Bluebonnet Motors.
He had no explanation for the treatment I received from their salespeople.  I am not satisfied in the way he even spoke to me.  This is the only time I have been so outraged.  The last time was on behalf of my mother & father.  I am so disappointed that after all the time I wasted in traveling so far to get just the right automobile
and being told that Bluebonnet Motors didn't need my business.  I can remember not to long ago the industry
was begging all of us to buy American made cars.  Even staying a loyal to [redacted].  Bluebonnet Motors does not care what happened.

I have received the complaint and take seriously what the customer has said, the employee mentioned is off today but I will speak to nim Thursday and find out what transpired.

Bluebonnet Motors prides itself in taking care of the customer as well as service after the sale. We regret to hear about the driveability issues the Suburu is experiencing. We would welcome the opportunity for our Suburu service department to evaluate the vehicle to determine the best course...

of action.

I will pull the deal and make sure everything is correct. lease buyer's orders do not look the same as a purchase, but I will verify that what was agreed upon with [redacted] is exactly what happened during the financing of this vehicle
