Bluecon Force

As I write this complaint to the Revdex.com, Bluecon Force is no longer returning my voice messages (left on 2017-09-22, 2017-09-23, and 2017-09-25).
*** found Bluecon Force on the internet *** on 2017-08-18 and they came out a couple of days later Sunday August 20th to treat our wasp problem what great service and quick response ***. According to their exterminator, he used an environmentally friendly agent to treat the wasp problem. We were told that the solution used acts like a repellant and forces the wasps to relocate elsewhere. We were also told to wait for about 3 to 4 days for the solution to take full effect. Four days later, the wasps were still coming into the house. We called Bluecon Force *** on five separate occasions (2017-08-26, 2017-09-02, 2017-09-14, 2017-09-16, and 2017-09-17) for retreatment based on the 6 month guarantee as stated by their technician. On all five appointments, Bluecon Force was a no show and no call back the last 3 appointment was scheduled by *** and ***.

On the last appointment booking booked for Sunday 2017-09-17, they did not show up at the scheduled time and when I called within 15 minutes of the appointment time, I was told that the Markham exterminators do not work Sundays and again rebooked for 11am on Monday 2017-09-18. When they no showed again, I called them at 11:15am and Sam came out to retreat the wasp nest. This time we were told they used a stronger chemical agent and to wait for 2 days for it to take full effect. On Friday (2017-09-22), the wasps were still coming into the house, I called and left 2 voice messages (11:30am and 1:30pm) with no response. I attempted again on 2017-09-23 and 2017-09-25.
