Our terms & Conditions clearly reveal that we can't issue a Charge-Back once the students completes 2 sessions. IT training is an expensive process and we acquire resources for each customer upfront, and it is not possible to obtain refund after 2 sessions. Please review the attached proofs for the same.

I was charged for both FI & CO course. we didnt' get services as they were requested. hence we are requesting the refund. If you didn't teach the CO course, why was your representative [redacted] not honest and upfront in the 1st place? as far as money is concerned- it doesnt' grow on trees, so we expect to receive services in full. hence requesting the refund. Me and a friend of mine had signed up for this class, we understand that the IT services are expensive, we had questioned before we signed up for the class. [redacted] provided the ciriculam, but classes weren't rendered as the ciriculam. Here's the ciruculam attached. why was it mentioned that you teach all these things, when your instructor is not trained or certified in teaching co, or when your company doesnt' teach the CO course? This is called being Fraud here..
