We are sorry you feel that way.  You called the offices shortly after receiving the item and talked to our customer service rep., not [redacted] or [redacted] like you claim.  Our return policy on amazon is 30 days as it is on any other site we sell.  I don't know why it took you almost 4 months to send the item back.

To Revdex.com of San Diego,Regarding complaint #[redacted], We did receive a call from the customer during the first week of September, 2015.  they had purchased a pair of shoe stretchers from one of our online sites.  They called to let us know that they wanted to return them for a refund...

because one of them was broken.  We said you are within our 30 day return policy and can return them for a refund if you like.  We received the shoe stretchers around December 2  the customer and refused delivery.  We cannot accept an item that was purchased almost 4 months earlier.  The customer contacted us and we told her it was 4 months past the purchase date and we could not accept it for a refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I purchased the item through Amazon. There was no mention of a time limit anywhere on the listing.  I first contacted Amazon about the issue, and was referred to Blue Dot Trading. When I contacted BlueDot Trading, they agreed to refund my money. At no time did they mention that I had to return the item itself within 30 days. When I was able to post the item back, they simply refused shipment with NO EXPLANATION. They never contacted me again, despite several attempts to get in touch on my end. Obviously the item was broken immediately when I first received it, because [redacted] and I had a conversation about it, during which he agreed to give me a refund. Since the refund was agreed to PRIOR TO THE THIRTY DAYS, I would like the refund that was promised to me.
