BLUEDOZZ

Shortly after ordering, our Visa card number was suspiciously hijacked. We have never received a refund for the merchandise ordered and then cancelled. Website is shut down, emails bounce back. Visa handling this disputed charge.

I placed the order 2/5/20. I never received a confirmation or order. BlueDozz striped my card for the charge. As of today I have not received the item. I have called, left messages and sent several e-mails requesting my item or a refund of my payment. I have contacted my Credit Card and produced my correspondence with BlueDozz to go after them for my money. This company is a SCAM. Taking people money with a fake advertisement of products. Wish I had done research on BlueDozz before I ordered from them.

I HAVE PLACED AND ORDER AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE COMPANY SINCE. I HAVE SENT EMAIL AFTER EMAIL AND PHONE AFTER PHONE CALL WITH NO RESPONSE TO ANYTHING. MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED 02-29-2020. I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY AND WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED AND TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM

Bluedozz is a China based business. My rating is based on the ease of doing business with this company. Order acknowledgement by email is not reliable. Order processing times are long and not competitive. International shipping times are very long and not competitive. There are more prompt and responsive online companies with whom you can do business at the same product price. Turn time on my product order will be nearly 30 days.

I have left several messages at the last week.
No one has called back. I paid you for a product and still have not received it.
Last month on 9/9/19- I logged onto to your website and purchased the -Plants VS Zombies board game.
I never got any type of a confirmation email, thanking me or any type of confirmation # not tracking info
I never got any type of communication from you. This was supposed to be here in PLENTY OF TIME FOR MY SON'S BIRTHDAY.
As of this morning I have reported your company to the Revdex.com as a total scam- I also have filed a claim with my card company to go after your company to refund my money.
This is my last chance of communication, either over night me product, or send me a refund. PLEASE RESPOND- Or I will also call the SImi Valley police dept. And they will track you down for FRAUD!!! You don't even have a business address!!
