Bluefin Distribution

Review: I have bought a few model kits from this distribution company at their local seller. 4 to be exact. Two of them had components missing, and one actually broke while I was assembling it. The final had some sort of defect and melted when I applied the same type of paint I have always used. After this matter, they proceeded to call me incompetent and tell me that I have no knowledge of what I was doing. I have tried to contact them on the matter for 3 months now and they still refuse to do anything about the replacement parts, despite their policy and them saying time and time again they will replace it. I emailed them the info they needed numerous times and they always gave me the wrong email apparently, and when the allegedly finally "received" the email, I still have yet to hear back from them. They got angry over the phone when I called them the last two times out of four and continued to act like I was incompetent and that I knew nothing of what I was doing. I do not want the $300+ that I spent on the one that broke to go to waste or the other three that I purchased and had defects. I would like something done about this and have already taken my business elsewhere but they have yet to provide compensation.Desired Settlement: I believe that they owe me more than just the replacement parts now, since they have put me through all this trouble and caused me to stop buying product from them. I would like my replacement parts as well as my choice of one to three products from their inventory if possible. They do not have the right to ignore me or call me incompetent and say I have no clue what I'm doing when I've been doing it for two and a half years now.
