In Sept, 2015 I had mailed a list of parts to get prices on to Madonna Harrison. She had said that she only wants to communicate by mail or telephone. Like all other places that have a RFQ form on their site, she said the cannot get or read any of the forms people fill out and said she refused to get the form problem fixed. It is now over a year and nothing heard from her about prices. I put my telephone number in the letter so she could call instead of mailing prices. By no contact in this length of time, it means that she did nothing and wanted to see how many hoops someone will jump through for nothing. The parts I sent her were listed as "in stock". From what others have said online, they have zero stock and look to buy then resell at orders of magnitude profit, provided they are inclined to look. Refusing to quote prices is the standard way places like this operate. How any money is made is a mystery since no money can exchange hands. They got the negative image and reference they wanted. I have since taken my money elsewhere. Customers that needed parts I asked for prices on have also gone elsewhere and said they will never use or recommend them.

Review: [redacted] placed a purchase order 6 May 2014 with a 1-2 week delivery quote and 60 day warranty for a piece of aircraft test equipment. $8694.00 Check posted 22 May. Unit delivered 17 July, more than 30 days beyond quote 1-2 week delivery and was not be in working order. Calibration data test sheet never provided. We had difficulty getting return shipping but shipped it immediately upon receiving shipping labels. We got very little response after returning the unit on its status.[redacted] placed a second purchase order for an identical test set 13 May with 7-11 day delivery quote. $10,687.00 check posted 18 July. Unit never delivered.In December 2014 we asked for our money back but agreed to an wait until the end of December for the units. We gave multiple extensions, and then Bluefin claimed we damaged the unit after it had been in Bluefin's possession several months.We asked for our money back.Bluefin offered to have the first unit fixed and return the money for the second unit but has not done that. They have stopped responding to communication.Desired Settlement: We would like the money back for both units totaling $19,381.00.We feel that we are due this because the first unit was delivered late, not in working order, and not with the required documentation, and the second unit was never delivered.

Review: We placed an order for tents required by the [redacted]. The total order value is $20,869.50 and made full payment with our order. They are unable to supply the tents in the timeframe they quoted. They have been unresponsive to our requests. We have informed them that since they are unable to supply the tents we are canceling the order and for them to refund our advance payment of $20,869.50. Since this request they have not responded. We believe they will not refund our advance payment.Desired Settlement: Refund of our advance payment of $20,869.50
