delay processing your transactionPer our phone conversation on 12/29, we
encountered a hardware issue with your *** ***, resulting in the computer
running at a speed that renders it nearly unusableAfter presenting a few
options, one of which was to return the computer at no cost, you requested to
have the computer returned. The evening of 12/29, you contacted us via
email, indicating this would not be an acceptable solution, and that we needed
to pay the original quoted price of $The price we originally quoted was
based on your *** being fully functional and in excellent conditionOn
11/19/15, in an email sent prior to shipping your computer, you stated “Just
runs slow with the software I am trying to run. I got a new *** ***
from work.” There was no mention of a possible hardware issue, and the
communication indicated the slower performance was only related to a specific
piece of software Formatting a hard drive and loading a fresh image of
the operating system can resolve most software related performance issues
During our phone conversation on 12/30/15, you indicated this had been done
prior to the sale, and the issue was not resolved If
this information had been provided in the original communication, we could
have determined there was a hardware issue, and adjusted your quote accordingly.

conversation on 12/30/was to have Apple run hardware tests and Apple Service Diagnostics to determine the cause of the performance issue. I will be
happy to provide tests results upon completion so we can determine the best
