Hi ***,I just noticed your complaint I did some research and found that your lead came from a company that we have done business with in the past We buy leads from many sources We don't do any telemarketing ourselves and I have no control over this other company I'm happy to give you their name and number Please call me back and I'll give that to you

I want to solve this problem I know it must be very annoying, to say the least We value our good reputation and don't want to cause problems in any way for our customers However, I need some help from *** We use different companies to acquire leads All of them say that they get lists from people who have requested information about solar and then call them to set an appointment These companies all work for other solar companies as well as ours, so they decide which company to send the lead to I have contacted all and told them to take your numbers off their lists and they all responded that they would However, if you are being robocalled many times, then that is something we don't want either The company I suspected, did set an appointment with *** and we went out there on March 18, and were told that he already had solar and didn't appreciate the original call At this point, the telemarketing company took the name off their list I need help from this customer to find out which company is continuing to call None of our telemarketing companies call themselves "Flex Energy." I suspect that Flex Energy is calling for someone other than us However, I want to make sure it's not us I need to setup a way to find out who this company is, because none of the companies I deal with will admit to doing the robocalling in the name of Flex Energy I would really appreciate *** calling me so we can setup a way to catch them I want to stop this as much as *** does We're paying for these leads and I don't want to waste our time and money on these calls As soon as we figure out which company this is, I plan to cancel their services Please help me put a stop to this Call *** ***

When *** *** called about the leak over the hallway, we responded immediately and fixed the leak over the hallway This was done within a day or two from the first call We always respond quickly to any leak The next call about leaks was about months later
He said there were several leaks in his back bedroom, but he hadn't gone in there for at least months because he had a renter in there It seemed odd, because when we went to inspect the roof and the room, there was major damage to the inside sheet rock and insulation Things were hanging down from the ceiling, into the room There was mold that looked like it had been growing for months, if not years I thought, at the time, "I can't imagine any renter living in that room, under those conditions, and not saying anything about it." *** told me, at the time, that his home owner's insurance adjuster was coming to assess the damage Before he called me, I went out with the head of our installations to inspect the site We determined that all the leaks were from the outside edges of the roof, which was nowhere near the solar system When the insurance adjuster called me, he told me exactly the same thing, that the leaks were not caused by the solar system and that it was a faulty roof that needed to be replaced He also said that when the roof was replaced, then the insurance would repair the damage on the inside of the home I then called *** and told him that we would remove the solar system and then when he repaired the roof, we would put it back in place at no charge To this day, I don't think he has done anything about replacing the roof I have not heard from him since then My offer still stands Any time he replaces the roof, we will remove and replace the solar system at no charge Then the insurance company can fix the inside of his home

Our policy is to always be in compliance with the DNC list and to only hire telemarketing companies who will follow the law in regards to this We understand Mr*** frustration and will make the changes necessary to make sure this does not happen again.I just sent a note to the company
that started this complaint and told them that we could no longer use their services, unless they can prove to us that they will change the way they are operating, and be in compliance with the DNC list. We apologize to Mr*** for this irritating inconvenience, and will remedy the way we hire telemarketing services

Hi [redacted],I just noticed your complaint.  I did some research and found that your lead came from a company that we have done business with in the past.  We buy leads from many sources.  We don't do any telemarketing ourselves and I have no control over this other company.  I'm happy...

to give you their name and number.  Please call me back and I'll give that to you.

I am rejecting this response because:I'm still getting phone calls, (3) three more yesterday, all of them from different locations in the country, stating they were calling from Flex Energy, and the third one was soooo insistent on setting up a no obligation visit that I went along with his banter and set up a third visit to my home from Skyline, even though I had stated that I not interested had already asked not to be called by them anymore. These calls have gone beyond the annoying category and should be categorized as a blatant invasion of my privacy considering I have to stop what I doing, because I am required to answer incoming calls from unknown sources, to take a call from a useless telemarketer who has been calling over and over again for months. So, until the calls stop, I feel that this case should remain an open publicly viewed document regardless of the thoughtful words of concern by Skyline because they have already been asked to remove my name from their call list, mano to mano, the day their salesman came to my house and instead of that request being acted on, the calls have increased in number and persistence. That being said, this complaint is far from being over because I know that I am only one of many people whose lives are being rudely interrrupted by Skyline's choice of a telemarketer.
