Ms [redacted] called a couple of days after car was delivered and stated it was scratched and paint on doors was peeling off.She also said the trunk was hard to shut. With the deck lid being used it was a a minor adjustment. She did ask to go into back shop.as you know that is an insurance violation and customers are not allowed in work area. She also stated there was something wrong with the front end and steering, when I looked at tires they were bald and far from legal to be on the public highwayThe car had sit at a storage lot for several days when it was towed to my shop when we talked to her Ms [redacted] wanted me to bury her dollar deductible I said number that is against the law and number there was no room to cut price and still have a proper repairThe car was hand washed and clean when she picked it up it was not waxed, but the paint had never been properly maintained since new.We return all vehicles cleaner than when they came in even when they are kept in disarray by the ownerAs far as the wiping of dirt from the deck lid I did stop her because that is how the paint get scratches in it.As far as I could tell there was a few swirls from buffing any imperfections that occurred from the refinishing processMs [redacted] had called the adjuster and had not got the answer she wanted I also talked to the adjuster he was going to check the pictures from copart where the car was stored to see what the paint looked like. The pictures I attached shows the paint on the rear bumper the first day I looked at car there is very little shine on original bumper, which, matched the carMs [redacted] had an attitude with me when I spoke to her on the phone ,and then when she brought the car in .I do apologize for being somewhat rude ,but her car was properly repaired with exception of a minor adjustment to used lock assembly on deck lidThank you [redacted]
