We've been customers for over 15 years and continue to use their service because they actually provide a great service. Doug has been taking care of our system twice a year for a long time. He is prompt, courteous, friendly, and efficient. I can trust him like he's part of the family. I can call him or the office for any problems or suggestions for new services. I highly recommend them as they do a really great job.

Bluegrass Irrigation installed our system when we originally moved into our new home in 2006. They regularly service our system by closing the in the Fall and opening in the Spring. We have never had an issue with this company. When they say they will be at your residence they are there. And any issues with the system have been repaired or addressed in a very timely manner. I recommend this company to any person interested in having a sprinkling system installed.

Dustin H was my technician this spring and he was superb. In addition to being knowledgable and efficient, he was courteous. As the system was turned on for the season and sprayheads tested, Dustin walked the property with me and adjusted the spray heads to cover my current plantings, though a lot had changed since installation a couple years ago. I am very happy with this company. Not only do they show up when promised, but w*** actually service the system as promised.

Bluegrass Irrigation helped us fix a leak with our irrigation system that was damaged by someone else installing a drainage pipe. They were very professional and great at both diagnosing the problem and repairing the leak.

Sprinkler installation was about 5 years ago, and all went well. The system continues to work well, and BG Sprinkers is attentive at winterizing the system and starting it back up in the spring. Overall an excellent company.
