We are very transparent with our auto renewal policy to our customers. We let them know the moment they sign up for services, we state it twice on their confirmation letters as well as the renewal letters we send out at least 2 months before our services begin. We do not require signed contracts,...

everything we do is verbal agreements. We continue from application to application year to year unless otherwise notified. This customer has been auto renewed by our company for the past 2 years. We have cancelled any future services and they have paid the bill in full. I have also attached a copy of they renewal letter we sent out 11/12/2015. We did not provide services until 03/07/2016. The reason their whole order does not appear on the attached letter is because it was cancelled on 03/07/16 by the customer, the same day they received their first treatment.

sent a manager out to address his concerns. We have tried numerous times to reach customer to both get more information about what he was unsatisfied with and to pay his bill and never heard back from him. We do not send a customer to collections until they are 120 days past due. We called him 7 times for the past due balance and sent billing statements each month and not once did he return our calls or the technical managers calls after he visited the lawn.

We are not licensed to treat landscape beds, mulch beds, gardens, or rock beds. We are a lawn treatment company, which our technician who sold her the services while he was out treating a neighbors explained. We sprayed the customer entire lawn (grass areas) for weeds. weeds takes time. [redacted] only had one treatment to her lawn. Weeds will re germinate every 3-4 weeks, which is why in order for us to guarantee results we have to make at least 5 visits to the lawn. [redacted] cancelled after one visit. We did not receive any of the earlier letter correspondences from Mrs. [redacted]. We did however receive a call for her on on on 05/11/2016 to cancel the services which we did and a letter on 8/22/2016 which we responded to via telephone and was unable to reach her and was hung up on several times. Also, we do not require our customers to pay in advance for anything unless they want to take advantage of a prepayment option. We also offer free service calls and technician visits and customer never called in and voiced her complaints or issue and didn't give us a chance to rectify the issue.
