On more than one occasion the doctor did not sign the prescriptionWe live an hour away and was forced to return to get it signedAlso on more than one occasion I was suppose to have a procedure which my wife took off work fso someone can drive me due to being sedated but when I get there they say it is just for an evaluation even though records show an evaluation was already doneSo this means another a trip and another day of work my wife has to miss

I was a patient there in I paid my bill to a ZERO balanceHowever when my credit report was pulled to buy a house there was a balance of $on my credit reportI called repeatedly and was told there is a ZERO BALANCE on my accountThe employee forwarded my request for a letter that there is no money owed to the supervisor I did not hear back from themGave my address and email to the billing officeI emailed the employee asking for a resolution and was then told that I need to contact the collection agencyI asked for the information with NO RESPONSEI have email documentation on this issueI have emailed again to resolve this issue with NO RESPONSE This issue has been ongoing for months and it is STILL on my credit report

I was in the waiting room and felt something crawling on my armIt was a bed bugsI got up and looked the chair over and found a nest of themI alerted the staff and their response was to kick my wife and I out in front of everyone as if we had brought in a whole nestWe were humiliatedA few days later we received a call from the lady who was in charge of the staffShe said she apologies for the way we were treated and it won't happen again and the Staff been reprimandedWell after that it seemed every time we went back we were treated like crapI even had other customers say things to me about the way we were being treatedEventually I was dismissed from the center because I couldn't make it in for a bottle count because I was in an exam at the hospital for another ailment and I couldn't leave the hospital until I was done

5/16/ this was my second visit to Bluegrass Pain Consultants The first visit was professional This visit was far from professional As a medical professional I expect consistency in care, meaning that I will see the same physician or be notified if this is not possibleI came for a second visit for two reasons: to get more information regarding the facet injections that I am having the next day and to have my medication changed to their guidanceMy visit was with someone new, by chance, one of the nurse practitioners She did answer my questions about the procedure then began to talk about other options (spinal cord simulators) This was not expected or appreciated as I have had this discussion on the first visit and with my spinal surgeon Didn't know why this had to be brought up when I'm already having the aforementioned procedure tomorrow Next I needed to have my pain medications Neurotin and Tylenol refilled She did not want to fill the muscle relaxer I take as I have a refill left on this (yet why do I have to sign a paper that I will not have medication filled by any other physician, etc makes no sense So after this I was shuffled into a very overcrowded waiting area to perform a urine test Makes you feel like you are in a (pill mill), for lack of a better term Don't get me wrong, I am fine with a urine drug screen, nothing to hide, just the overcrowding and the specimen cups lined up with all the urine So impersonal and demoralizing Next was sent to a room with a black divider with two zero-gravity chairs Was instructed to sit and had a heart monitor rhythm strip pulse ox done for minutes The staff had no explanation why this was to be done other than Dr.------, wants it done every months Is this to be billed to my insurance company I sure hope not because there is no medical explanation for it to wrap it up after I left I was given incorrect prescription, had to go back and wait another minutes to then be told that the physician will give me the prescription tomorrow and I can correct the wrong one then ( it is a medication I take but did not need a refill at this time.) arrival time 8:am departure 11am ridiculous! I feel trapped at this time as I have a procedure for tomorrow and getting my insurance approval took over weeks, Yet to be determined if I will continue to seek care from this institution Patti Brown

this is the worst pain management company there isThey held me hostage to take in at $injection to be able to get my pain pillsOnly if you didn't they wouldn't give you your pain pillsAlso when you call for an appointment all you ever get is a recordingYou can be out of pain medication and they will not call you back days and days and days sometimes two weeks and let you run out of pain medicationThey don't care about their patients all they care about is the moneyThe only thing the doctor and knows how to say when you ask for a stronger dosage over and over and over againAll they say is if you don't like the way I'm doing things you can find you another pain management doctorI've never heard of a doctor saying something like that ever in my lifeI'm on Social Security and I don't have the money for the co-pay of $every time I get an injection and $every time I get a prescriptionI guess if you're wealthy it might be alrightBut you have to be wealthy to go there because they sure grab your moneyDon't ever make the mistake of going there you would be very very disappointed*** right beside stMary and Elizabeth is one of the best pain doctors in town but he does not take my insuranceSo I have been without a pain management doctor for two-and-a-half monthsBluegrass calls every other day wanting their moneyThey have a lot of nerve wanting more money after they do you like that and how much they've already collected from Medicare thousands and thousands and thousands of dollarsThere's not enough for them they want you to get into your bank account too which takes my food moneyThey're not getting my food money just to line their pockets

Good afternoon: I am emailing in response to a complaint I received on August 31, 2017, ID # [redacted]. When an account is sent to collections, our system will show a ZERO balance. The balance is no longer owed to us as we have sent it to a collection agency. The patient was called back and we did...

ask her to call the collection agency ( since we do not have access to this information) and get the information from them and any disputes would have to go through them as we are not able to remove from her credit. Her account was turned over 3 years ago and the original collection agency has sold it to another agency and originally turned over by our previous billing company. We have asked the patient to provide us the contact information of whom is showing on her credit report and we would be able to assist her further. The patient has not provided any info to us. We would like to help her in any way we can but we cannot access her credit report. Please let me know if you have any questions.
