Here is my response to the claim, if I need to do something on the
website please let me know step-by-step instructions where and how to do that
I logged on to the website but there was nothing on there indicating next step
Mr*** should have contacted me ( his customer) ***
***He had my contact information from day one that car was in the shop
*** was the person who dropped off the vehicle for me due to conflicting
schedule with my jobI feel that Mr*** should have been in contact with
his customer not the person who dropped the car of* told him several
times to exclude him from the conversations about the car and to contact me
It is not my fault that his company advertises that they do work
on foreign vehicles such as my Porsche CayenneHe should be able to fix it in
a certain time period and not destroy / break other parts in the processIn my
opinion if a shop/employee breaks something while doing their job the shop
should be responsible for the damageIt does not matter how many miles the
vehicle has, or the age of the vehicle, his employees should not break coolant
pipes and cut speed sensors, which have nothing to do with the transmission repair
If this is a professional business customer should not have been charged for
damage done by the employeesShouldn’t a business like this have insurance to
cover accidents like these caused by employees?
Since I was under the impression that this is a professional place
of business with qualified mechanics, I don’t understand how Mr*** takes
advise from other people who do not work at the shopIn order to do the job
the front suspension had to be dropped which Mr*** should have known and
not take advise from *** or his brother
Three weeks into the job Mr*** contacted me explaining all the
extra work it would take and that it would cost additional $to finish
the jobI did not agree on it at first and told Mr*** not to do the work
that I would pick up my carIn his response he said “ I will not do the job at
all, I will button up the car, and push it out of the shop”He told me that I
can pick it up at that time and that it will cost $for looking at the car
at that pointFew days later he sent a text message to *** saying “ I will do
the job for the amount we agreed upon” again he contacted *** and not me his
customer. At that time I advised my friend *** to tell him “ok, do the
job”
Few weeks later I found out about the extra broken parts that his
employees caused, at that time he told me that I will be responsible for all
those additional charges for those broken partsAt this point my car has been
in the shop close to months and I received multiple prices from Mr*** .I
believe I should not be responsible and pay for damages his employees caused,
the parts that were damaged have nothing to do with the transmission work he
was suppose to be working on
Mr*** in his response to Revdex.com keeps
mentioning there was bad communication between him and I but he kept contacting
*** who is not his customer, he was only the person that dropped my car off
for meUnless I contacted him, he never contacted meFew times that we had
contact he was rude, unprofessional and kept hanging up on me
At this point I'm not here to argue with Mr*** through RevDex.com, I'm just here to advise others that it has been a headache
working with him and his companyAs further action, I’m taking Mr
***/Bluegrass Transmission to Small Claims CourtTherefore this is my final
explanation to Revdex.com
Thank you,

This is [redacted], owner of Bluegrass Transmission Center. We did work on Mr. [redacted]s 2005 Porch Cayenne Turbo. We communicated with his friend on the repair. [redacted] (Mr. [redacted] friend) asked how much it would be to install rear motor seal and front transmission seal on his Car. I...

told him it would be $650 to remove and reinstall the transmission. [redacted] asked if the included putting the front seal in transmission. I told him no, I have to pull the pump out of transmission to put Seals and bushings in correctly. My software that tells how much time it will take to do repair doesn't give the amount of time to do that job. He asked if I could do the remove and install for $600, told him I probably could if I don't run in to any problems. This is a 10 year old car with 161,000 miles and the transmission has never been removed from car. The car was brought to me and left at my shop by [redacted], I communicated with [redacted] on the repair. We had some problems. The torque converter bolt was stuck and would not loosen up. We told [redacted] our situation and he and his brother stopped by the shop to look at it. They suggested on pulling the transmission without removing the torque converter. My technician that was working on the car said that will not work the sides of the transmission will not pass the body of the car. [redacted] and his brother said try it. They knew it would be cheaper going that route rather than the alternative route. The alternative rout was pulling out the front frame and differential to get in with a torch and cut bolt. I asked is your friend going to pay for the additional labor for the repair. If [redacted] and his brothers suggestion doesnt work they know we have no choice but to pull the frame and front differential. [redacted] and his brother asked how much I told him I am not sure. [redacted] and his brother said go ahead and try it. My technician tried to pull unit with Torque converter still bolted on flywheel and it could not be done. The coolant tube was damaged as he was trying to get the transmission past the body of the car. I called [redacted] and told him we have to pull the frame and cut bolt with torch. I told [redacted] we have no choice the transmission is wedged, it won't come out and cant get it to go back in. He said OK. We pulled frame and cut bolt with torch. The flywheel was damaged and the torque converter bolts had to be replaced. We also had to replace coolant tube. He was charged for those parts. The sensor he was not charged. Mr [redacted] called me and told me he was told it was going to be $1000.00 repair. He claims he should not pay for the extra parts. I never gave a price of one thousand dollars to repair after we ran into problem. I never talked to Mr. [redacted] on the repair. I only talked to [redacted], I cant help if it wasn't communicated to him. The repair did take over 30 days, not two and a half months. It took a week for him to tell me to order parts, then it took another week for me to get the parts, I feel like I communicated the best I could with [redacted] and he understood the situation. Mr. [redacted] did not and he is trying to make me pay for the parts he needed to get repair done, I will send a copy of the receipt with this Letter.
Thank You
