The following is in response to a complaint filed by [redacted] following her visit to our Walton facility on 9/2/ The submission to the Revdex.com was done on 9/6/and was assigned an ID number of [redacted] The delayed response by Bluegrass Urgent Care is due to the fact that management was unaware of the filing with Revdex.com.Dr [redacted] is the Chief Medical Director and Owner of Bluegrass Urgent Care and became aware of this situation shortly after is occurred He followed up with Ms [redacted] and resolved the issue He also chose to refund the $ Since that time, Ms [redacted] has been a repeat patient which indicates to Bluegrass Urgent Care that she is a satisfied customer

The following is a response to a complaint filed by [redacted] after being seen at the Bluegrass Urgent Care facility in Crescent Springs KY on May 1, 2014.  The complaint was filed on June 18, 2014 and was assigned an ID number of [redacted].  The reason for the delayed response is due...

to the fact that management was unaware of the claim filed. Mr. [redacted] was covered by a Medicaid provider which was out of network for Bluegrass Urgent Care at that time.  Since BUC was out of network, Mr. [redacted] received a bill for services rendered.  Clearly this was an issue where Mr. [redacted] had no problem with the service but was dissatisfied about the fact that he received a bill. The balance due to the account has received a zero balance.
